These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Allied Home Movers. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Scope

Allied Home Movers provides moving and packing services within the UAE, including:

  • Residential and office relocations

  • Packing and unpacking

  • Furniture disassembly and reassembly

  • Transport and installation of large items (e.g., TVs, pool tables, IT equipment, fine arts, chandeliers, etc.)

We do not offer international moving services.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Services must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our website contact form.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon our written or verbal confirmation.

  • We may request additional details to ensure accurate quoting and planning.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to premises at agreed-upon times.

  • Clearly communicate any special handling requirements.

  • Secure all valuables and fragile items unless our team is notified to handle them.

  • Provide accurate information regarding item types and quantities.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash or other mutually agreed payment methods.

  • Any delays caused by the customer may be subject to additional charges.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Liability

  • While we take utmost care during packing and moving, Allied Home Movers is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage to items

    • Items not packed by our team

    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  • In the event of damage caused directly by our team’s negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement (as reasonably assessed by us).

7. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • Unsafe conditions are present

  • Inaccurate or misleading information was provided during booking

  • The customer behaves in an abusive or threatening manner

8. Privacy

All information shared by customers is kept confidential and used only for service delivery and related communication, including advertising via Meta and Google platforms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved in accordance with UAE law.
